Thank you for shopping with Melted Memories. We want you to love every candle you receive, but we understand that sometimes things happen.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Used candles, custom orders, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
