Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or product launches, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.


Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and discounts).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Issues or Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather-related events.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.


Damaged Packages

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at Info@meltedmemories.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or store credit.
